Biblinos is produced from an unidentified red variety, originally found in the area of Pangeon. After years of research and DNA testing, it turns out to be an old variety that is nonidentical to any modern Greek or foreign grape. The wine is as fascinating as its story. The crushed grapes are gently pressed and their juice is drawn immediately and left to ferment without prior maceration. This unique rosé has a bright pomegranate colour. Try it now chilled at 10-12°C or drink later up to 3 years from the vintage.Current Vintage
