PROTECTED GEOGRAPHIC INDICATION PANGEON
This delightful dry rosé is made from the French Syrah variety planted to the coolest part of the Estate's vineyard, which is exclusively reserved for the making of rosé wine. The grapes are judiciously harvested at optimum ripeness and the juice fermented in inox tanks at 18°C. The resulting wine has a clear pomegranate colour. Enjoy chilled at 10°C. Drink preferably within two years from the vintage.Current Vintage
