Ktima Biblia Chora White is an uplifting wine from the marriage of the cosmopolitan Sauvignon Blanc with the exuberant Greek Assyrtiko. This is a highly aromatic blend with a crisp finish thanks to brief maceration on the skins foregoing temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks. This dry white wine has a clear greenish gold colour. Serve chilled at 10°C. Drink preferably in the first two years from the vintage.Current Vintage
