PROTECTED GEOGRAPHIC INDICATION PANGEON
This oaked dry red is carefully crafted from Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot with a small percentage of Agiorgitiko. Ktima Biblia Chora Red is the result of conventional red vinification with prolonged maceration post-fermentation. Malolactic fermentation is followed by 12 months of maturation in French barrels. Its colour is deep purple to blackish red. Serve it cellar cool at 18°C or keep for several years.Current Vintage

The nose is inviting and offers attractive aromas of ripe red fruits, blackcurrant and sweet chocolate, all interwoven with hints of vanilla, cedar and spice.Palate
