VISIT BY THE THESSALONIKI TOURIST GUIDE SCHOOL AND THE THESSALONIKI–NORTHERN GREECE TOURIST GUIDES ASSOCIATION

As part of the seminar “Basic Principles of Wine Tasting”, organized by the Association and the Thessaloniki Tourist Guide School, participants attended a brief theoretical presentation on wine and tasting.

On the second day of the seminar, we had the pleasure of welcoming them to Ktima Biblia Chora for their practical training. The participants toured the estate and learned firsthand about all stages of the production process, from vinification to aging and bottling.

The visit concluded in the tasting room with a sampling of five of our estate’s labels and a discussion about our philosophy and enological approach. At the same time, winemakers from Ktima Ampeloeis and Ktima T’ Apostoli presented selected labels of their own, offering a well-rounded overview of the region.

It was a great pleasure to host them and contribute to the training of future tour guides. We warmly thank them for their visit and cooperation.
